Cancellations and Refunds

At Tech Guru Club, we aim to provide reliable and professional digital services. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all products and services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before service activation or provisioning. Once a service has been activated, deployed, registered, configured, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • SSL certificates
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licenses
  • VPS and Dedicated Servers
  • Premium Domains
  • SEO and digital services already initiated
  • Third-party software subscriptions
  • Cloud and email hosting services after activation

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made
  • The service could not be provisioned due to a technical issue from our side
  • The requested service was not delivered

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.

Renewal Responsibility

Customers are responsible for renewing services before expiration. Services may be suspended automatically if payment is not received on time.

Abuse and Violations

No refunds will be provided for suspended or terminated services caused by policy violations, abuse, spam activity, or illegal usage.
